I've been finding deals for a long time and some seemed too good to be true. In reality, we all like to know we can get more for our money, but some deals are really too good to be true. There are a lot of websites that offer amazing sales and will cut the price by more than 50 percent. I'll be reveiwing deal sites, reward point sites, and let you in on what's good, bad, and worth your time and effort.
The good thing about these deal sites and reward point sites, is that they offer money, prizes, and gift cards. Who knows, some of these gifts earned can make good gifts towards the end of the year.
Swag Bucks
Swag Bucks is a search and win site that offer points which you can then redeem for prizes and gift cards. It may take a while to earn a lot of points, but this site is legit and fun.
Ebates
Ebates is a cash back reward site that gives you cash back for shopping. I have signed up with a promotion where I could receive a $10 gift card when I spend $25 or more on their site. I spent $25 and I received my Target gift card the next month. This site is legit. My first two purchases I had to let them know that I made a purchase through their site because the cash back didn't show up in my account. The customer service team is great and they fixed the problem with 2-3 business days without a problem. I have actually gotten addicted to this site a little bit. You can sign up here and when you're ready, you can make a purchase and be on your way to getting cash back and a $10 gift card to one of their selected stores.
Savemore
Savemore is a site that offers deals on gift cards, accessories, travel, and things like that. Well, in December, a lot of people had a bad experience with the $25 Barnes & Noble gift card. The demand might have been more than the supply and a lot of people (myself included) didn't get the gift card on time. After ranting on Twitter, I was contacted by someone from Savemore and was sent my $25 Barnes & Noble gift card.
When demand is bigger than supply on deal sites like Savemore, you'd probably have to wait longer to receive your item.
No More Rack
No More Rack is a site that offers deals on clothes, jewerly, home goods, and more. I haven't used nomorerack.com yet, but signed up to see what the insanity deals where and how often they were posted. On a Friday afternoon, I spotted an insanity deal on a Playstation. Their insanity deals are products that are sold for around 80 - 90% off. I can honestly say that there were mixed reviews about No More Rack. Some people didn't receive their purchase or have received their purchase item late, while others have praised the site talking about the incredible deals. This is another site that seems like when demand is bigger than supply, customers will have a delay in receiving their items. If I happen to make a purchase, it would be for an item under $10 to see for myself how their service is. You can check deals out by clicking the link www.nomorerack.com
Groupon
Living Social
Eversave
These websites have deals that are catered to your local area. Most deals are for restaurants, spas, local outings, and travel. These sites offer different products at incredible deals. If you are looking for a family deal, or a deal for yourself, these are great websites. I included them together because they are very similar to each other. I'll be posting some of the best deals on the deal page. These are legit sites.
